I build websites and follow-up systems for trades and local service businesses — the kind of businesses where the owner answers the phone from a ladder, or doesn't answer it at all.

Why trades

Because the gap is biggest there. A plumber with seven reviews and a site from 2016 is losing jobs to a competitor who simply responds faster — not better work, just faster follow-up. That's not a marketing problem. It's a plumbing problem in the business itself, and it has a straightforward fix.

How I work

Everything is fixed price and fixed scope, written down before work begins. You know what you're getting, what it costs, and when it's done before you pay a dollar. If something's out of scope, I'll say so and we'll write it down separately.

I also build in the open. The same systems I set up for clients run this site — the content, the follow-up, the lot. If it's not good enough for my own business, it doesn't go in yours.

What I won't do

• Sell you software you don't need.
• Quote a price before I understand the problem.
• Use the word “revolutionary” about a contact form.
