What you'll need
- A computer and about 75 minutes, start to finish.
- Hermes Agent (free to start) or another agent — the course notes the small differences.
- The name of your trade and your town. That's the whole input.

- A market scan: your top 5 local competitors, their offers, their reviews, where the gap is.
- A self-audit: what AI tools actually tell people when they ask about your business.
- A one-month content plan and two finished drafts, saved as plain files you own.
